What is a
DEXA Scan »
A DEXA scan uses two low-dose X-ray beams to measure exactly what your body is made of: bone, muscle and fat, and where each sits. The scan produces a visualised report which helps bring the data to life. It's the gold standard for body composition and bone density testing, giving you a precise baseline that scales and mirrors simply can't.

Bone Density »
A bone density scan measures the mineral strength of your bones, typically at the hip and spine, the areas most vulnerable to fracture as we age. It's the clinical gold standard for assessing bone health, picking up early signs of weakening or osteoporosis years before symptoms appear. Whether you're managing a known risk, returning from injury or simply want to know your frame is keeping pace with your training, it gives you a clear answer and a baseline to protect.

Body Composition »
A body composition scan shows you exactly what your body is made of: muscle mass, body fat and where each sits, right down to the visceral fat stored around your organs. It's far more useful than weight alone, because two people at the same weight can be in very different shape beneath the surface. The result is a precise picture of where you're starting from, so your training and nutrition can work on what's actually there rather than what the scales suggest.
