DEXA SCANS
Gold standard measure for composition. DEXA scans quantify muscle mass, bone density and fat; and where it’s all stored.

BLOOD TESTING
A simple finger-prick test to check 3 key blood markers:
Full Cholesterol: HDL and LDL (good and bad cholesterol)
HbA1c: Measures average blood sugar over 2-3 months
Vitamin D: Catch deficiencies earlyfrom £56/year per person
All of our testing is carried out at NuMi HQ in Holt, Norfolk.
NuMi is CQC registered, so many clients can use flexible benefits or Health Cash Plans to offset the cost of testing. If useful, we can provide the details your provider typically requires to support a claim.
