Seedy Cranberry & Orange Bars

It’s packed with fibre from oats and flax seed while also providing you with healthy fats and protein, essential for maintaining energy levels and supporting muscle repair.

  • 135g oats

    55g almonds*

    180g pitted dates

    25g chia seeds

    15g sunflower seeds

    2tbsp ground flax seeds

    65g peanut butter

    50g dried cranberries

    1tbsp orange zest

  • Step 1. Soak dates in boiling water for 15-30 minutes if needed and then drain

    Step 2. Blend the dates in a food processor until it is the con- sistency of a paste

    Step 3. Grate the orange zest and add all remaining ingredients to the food processor until it resembles a dough like texture. Prefer it chunkier? Then blend a little less

    Step 4. Press into a lined tin and place into the fridge to set firm. Cut into 10 portions when set. Enjoy!
